The investment project of Hoa Binh Wind Power Plant 1 and Hoa Binh Wind Power Plant 2 has a total investment capital of more than 8.225 billion VND, total installed capacity of 150 MW, annual electricity output of about 600 million kWh/year. This is the largest offshore wind power complex in Vietnam, bringing high economic efficiency to the locality and country, contributing to affirming the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.
Not only that, this is also the first wind power project in Vietnam to carry out all procedures and register directly with Gold Standard (Gold Standard, thereby directly generating GS VER credits).
