Open registration portal for proposals "Promoting sustainable energy to respond to climate change"

Vietnam Green Innovation Joint Stock Company (GREEN IN) is a social enterprise established on October 25, 10 with the goal of promoting climate change response activities, products and services. Green solutions to directly contribute to the process of applying clean technology, advanced management methods, effective use of resources and reducing environmental pollution, improving the quality of human resources in Vietnam.

The recent Climate Change Summit (COP26) marked an important milestone with nearly 140 countries, including Vietnam, making a strong commitment to achieving net zero emissions by 0 (net zero). With this commitment, transitioning to renewable energy and using energy economically and efficiently has become a mandatory path for all countries because the energy sector accounts for about 2050/3 of greenhouse gas emissions. . However, the net zero goal in general and energy transition in particular is a challenging task and a new topic. In order to contribute to increasing the participation of people, businesses and stakeholders in realizing this goal, GREEN IN calls for proposals “Promoting sustainable energy to respond to climate change” with the following information:

• Raise awareness and capacity to promote sustainable energy (NLBV) responds to climate change.
• Look for new initiatives and ideas to replicate.
• Participants:

• Interested organizations and units
• Individuals (for research activities)
• Location: nationwide

• Recommended package size:

Maximum budget: 100.000.000 VND/proposal.

• Communication to raise awareness
• Conferences and talks
• Exhibition
• Capacity building training
• Research 

• Execution time:

• October 05, 10: Open call for proposals
• October 10, 10: Online discussion on "Introduction and answering questions related to the proposal"
• October 20, 10: Proposal submission deadline closes
• November 11 - February 2022: Deploy operations.
