Cho Ra town, Nam Mau commune and Thuong Giao commune, Ba Be district, Bac Can province not only have a large number of local people but also attract many tourists. 4 media paintings with propaganda content about the benefits and meaning of using renewable energy and energy saving were drawn in January-February 01.
 
In addition to mural painting activities, RIESP Institute also organizes training and communication on local radio speakers for people and officials about the benefits of applying renewable energy and energy saving.
