GREEN IN shared at the workshop “IoT Applications – Green Transformation in Businesses” of the Keieijuku community: Partnering with businesses for comprehensive green transformation.
In the context of digital transformation and green transformation becoming two parallel trends, Vietnamese businesses are increasingly facing pressure to enhance their competitiveness while meeting sustainable development goals and reducing emissions. However, to implement a comprehensive transformation, businesses need not only technology but also the right mindset and a suitable roadmap.
On April 18th, at the workshop "IoT Applications – Green Transformation in Businesses" Organized by the Keieijuku Vietnam community in collaboration with businesses, GREEN IN Vietnam participated as a speaker, sharing practical insights on the journey of implementing ESG in businesses.
A practical perspective from GREEN IN
At the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang – Director of Sustainable Development at GREEN IN – presented a practical approach to ESG, tailored to the context of Vietnamese businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises.
The shared content focuses on:
- The ESG implementation roadmap starts with basic steps, tailored to available resources.
- How businesses identify operational "bottlenecks" to prioritize improvements.
- Specific actions that can be implemented immediately, rather than approaching ESG from a theoretical perspective.
Through practical examples, GREEN IN emphasizes that ESG is not a complex or expensive concept, but can be started with small, measurable changes and continuous improvement.

Connecting technology and sustainable development
The workshop also included presentations from businesses on the application of IoT in production management, energy consumption monitoring, and operational optimization. This demonstrates that digital transformation and green transformation are not separate but can complement each other to create overall effectiveness.
From an ESG perspective, applying technologies like IoT helps businesses build a transparent data foundation – a crucial element in sustainable governance and reporting.

GREEN IN stands alongside the Keieijuku community.
By participating in the program, GREEN IN continues to affirm its role as a consultant and partner for businesses on their journey towards green transformation and sustainable development. Beyond simply providing solutions, GREEN IN aims to work alongside businesses in:
- Understanding the true nature of ESG
- Develop a roadmap that aligns with your internal capabilities.
- Implement practical and long-term solutions.
Specifically, within the Keieijuku community, GREEN IN aims to contribute to spreading the spirit of learning, sharing, and mutual development among businesses – where practical experiences and implementation lessons are openly exchanged, helping each business advance further on its journey.
A prime example is Ngai Cau Construction and Trading Investment Joint Stock Company, a member of the community and also a partner that GREEN IN is accompanying on its comprehensive green transformation journey in 2025.
At the event, Mr. Chu Hoang Tung - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ngai Cau - also shared about the company's sustainable development activities over the past period. He also expressed his feelings about the journey of doing business with a focus on kindness and contributing to the community in the Red River Delta region. He also mentioned activities aimed at improving the lives of employees, such as installing rooftop solar power systems to reduce factory temperatures for staff.
For the KEIEIJUKU community, Ngai Cau is a pioneering unit in green transformation and strongly committed to sustainable development. GREEN IN is always proud to play the role of consultant and partner with Ngai Cau in its comprehensive green transformation journey.

Towards a sustainable business community
Green transformation is not a race for individual success, but a journey that requires the collective effort of the entire business ecosystem. Connecting, sharing, and collaborating will help businesses minimize risks, optimize resources, and enhance their adaptability to market fluctuations.
In the future, GREEN IN will continue to collaborate with the Keieijuku community and partners to implement more practical activities, contributing to building a Vietnamese business community. Greener – more sustainable – and more competitive in the international market..
