During many years of operation in the field of renewable energy, GREEN IN understands that "All programs, plans, and policies will only be theoretical if there is no human resources to turn determination into action." From that reality, GREEN IN cooperated with the Institute of Human Research to organize the conference "𝑷𝒉𝒂́𝒕 𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒆̂̉𝒏 𝑪𝒐𝒏 𝒏𝒈𝒖̛𝒐̛̀𝒊 𝒗𝒂̀ 𝑵𝒈 𝒖𝒐̂̀𝒏 𝒏𝒉𝒂̂𝒏 𝒍𝒖̛̣𝒄 𝒎𝒐̛́𝒊 𝒄𝒉𝒐 𝒎𝒖̣𝒄 𝒕𝒊𝒆̂𝒖 𝑵𝒆 𝒕 𝒁𝒆𝒓𝒐 𝒄𝒖̉𝒂 𝑽𝒊𝒆̣̂𝒕 𝑵𝒂𝒎” on the morning of September 30 at the Academy of Social Sciences Vietnam Association, Hanoi.
"The pursuit of this goal is irresistible, it is impossible not to act" as Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Hoai Le, Director of the Institute of Human Research, commented. Therefore, what we need to do now is to identify opportunities, challenges and specific actions to implement this human resource preparation work. Participating both online and in person were 50 delegates from many fields: sociology, economics, human geography... bringing to the conference in-depth and multi-dimensional exchanges through presentations.

For Vietnam to continue to become a country worth living in the world.
The conference is a forum for managers, scientists, lecturers, businesses, environmental activists and interested individuals to discuss and exchange theoretical and practical issues surrounding conflict. around the topics of the Conference, from economic growth, energy, climate change, environmental pollution to human resource development, human security, human rights, and human development. people and sustainable development. The workshop focused on discussing 03 main issues:
first, the Net Zero goal is associated with human development and human resources such as: environmental issues, energy transition, sustainable development, employment, poverty reduction and ensuring human security.
Monday, The role of the state, organizations and people in implementing environmental protection goals and Net Zero goals.
Tuesday, lessons learned, as well as challenges facing Vietnam in sustainable economic development, inclusive growth, energy development, social development, cultural development, human development, and economic development. Developing human resources and protecting the environment towards achieving the Net Zero goal.

Workshop with the participation of 50 delegates in person and online, contributing 20 reports and 08 presentations presented directly
The presentations focused on the topics of opportunities and challenges of workers facing the Net Zero goal and solutions for Vietnam; Employment trends in the context of Vietnam's Net Zero target by 2050; Household consumption and Net Zero society- the case of Vietnam and Norway; Renewable energy and prospects for the economic development of ethnic minority women in the Northern mountainous region (through research on experimental models of using renewable energy in a number of women's businesses in Bac Kan province ); Vietnam's role and responsibility in combating global climate change through its commitment to net zero emissions; transition and worker voice-energy democracy.
Through this, participating delegates identified issues surrounding human resources in the face of climate change and the implementation of the Net Zero commitment by 2050 in Vietnam. The presentations and research have opened up many new research and development directions with the goal of preparing high-quality human resources to contribute to realizing this ambitious goal of the government.
