At the meeting, Mr. Niels Holst introduced to Petrovietnam leaders about CIP's areas of operation. Currently, CIP is expanding its market to developing countries and Vietnam will be the group's key market in Asia in the near future.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Petrovietnam Hoang Quoc Vuong emphasized that in the Group's development strategy, besides the field of oil and gas exploration and exploitation which is the core field, the field of electricity and renewable energy is the core field. Creation is also one of Petrovietnam's development directions.

Chairman of Petrovietnam Board of Directors Hoang Quoc Vuong said that developing renewable energy is one of the major directions of the Vietnamese Government in implementing its commitment to net zero emissions by 2030.
