Carbon market, carbon credits is a hot topic recently that both society and the business community are interested in. Currently, the Government has issued regulations to establish a carbon market in Vietnam and the pilot phase will begin in 2025. According to a recent survey by the Department of Climate Change and UNOPS, more than 60% of businesses do not understand how the greenhouse gas emission trading system (ETS) and the carbon market operate; or understand but do not know the basic operating principles. Only about 5% of businesses understand the difference between these two systems and the interactions on the carbon trading floor. 

Therefore, in order to carry out the mission of accompanying businesses in the green transformation process in Vietnam, GREEN IN has summarized this course to provide knowledge and open up opportunities for businesses interested in the carbon market, thereby making the right investment decisions and bringing about effective resource use.
